What size hose inside diameter does this check valve fit? What's the pressure required to overcome the check valve in the direction of flow?

3.5mm hose, unfortunately Pierburg does not publish documentation of the rating, simply that it is designed to operate within the pressure parameters of the vehicle's specific secondary air injection or boost system.
