The engine oil pressure sensor is a key component of a vehicle's engine monitoring system. It is responsible for constantly monitoring the oil pressure in the engine and relaying this information to the vehicle's computer.
The sensor is typically located near the engine's oil pump and is designed to withstand high temperatures and pressures found in the engine compartment.
