An Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) control switch is a cabin-mounted control that electronically engages or releases the parking brake, replacing the traditional handbrake lever. When activated, it sends a signal to the brake actuator motors, which apply or release the rear brakes. The EPB switch enhances convenience, saves interior space, and often integrates with safety features like hill-hold assist.
