Billet steel single-mass midweight flywheel which can be used with OE or performance clutch kits.

Weight: 18lbs

Please see installation instructions, the larger portion of the spring carrier must face towards the flywheel so the clutch diaphragm spring will not contact the clutch disc. Failure to follow this procedure will result in clutch failure.

Clutch Flywheel

A clutch flywheel is a heavy, circular metal disc (usually made of steel or cast iron) mounted on the rear of the engine’s crankshaft in manual transmission vehicles. It plays a key role in both engine operation and clutch engagement.

Clutch Flywheel Failure Symptoms
  • Clutch slippage or poor engagement – worn or damaged flywheel surface reduces grip.
  • Vibrations or shuddering – felt when engaging the clutch due to hot spots, warping, or cracks.
  • Difficulty starting the engine – damaged flywheel teeth prevent the starter motor from engaging properly.
