After trying Ferodo DS2500 compound pads and finding them to be too noisy for my liking on a mostly street-driven car, I swapped to these Textar pads. After bedding they are essentially silent -- as expected for an OEM compound. They work well for normal street driving. They don't seem to generate any more dust than the original Porsche pads did, although I only have a few hundred miles on these Textar pads so far, and even the OEM Porsche pads generate quite a bit of dust. For a street driven car, these Textar pads work well.
These squealed for first 500 miles but eventually wore in. Works just like the Porsche pads since these are OEMs.
