450 is the code for Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), which are very notable in appearance (we don't have a video describing Porsche's unique PCCB setup exactly, but you can see the carbon style brake rotors that are similar that BMW uses:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0fSpLzqHs7w). The vin provided does not appear to indicate the presence of this option on that vehicle.
