Product Information
Lightweight billet aluminum single-mass flywheel weighing 13.75lbs.
Includes:
- Single-mass flywheel
- Pilot bearing
- Torque plate
- Crankshaft bolts (M10x1x35, Class 10.9, black oxide bolts)
This flywheel uses a replaceable clutch disc plate, HS9587T-POR.
A clutch flywheel is a heavy, circular metal disc (usually made of steel or cast iron) mounted on the rear of the engine’s crankshaft in manual transmission vehicles. It plays a key role in both engine operation and clutch engagement.
Clutch Flywheel Failure Symptoms- Clutch slippage or poor engagement – worn or damaged flywheel surface reduces grip.
- Vibrations or shuddering – felt when engaging the clutch due to hot spots, warping, or cracks.
- Difficulty starting the engine – damaged flywheel teeth prevent the starter motor from engaging properly.
