Product Information

The Engine Intermediate Shaft Bearing Update Kit is a critical component for the smooth and efficient operation of a vehicle's engine. This kit contains all the necessary parts to replace the intermediate shaft bearing, which is responsible for supporting the engine's rotating elements and transferring power to the transmission.

The intermediate shaft bearing is a small but crucial element in the engine's overall function.

Important!!

Engine disassembly is required to install this bearing kit for the first time. IMS Solution Solid bearing replacement with oiling system.

Kit contains: IMS Solution bearing, IMS Solution flange, Adapter bushing, press-in IMS tube plug, bearing support bolt, shim, circlip, bolts, spin-on oil filter adapter, oil line , &, fittings, oil filter.

Requires IMS tool set #10 0125 001, and#10 0125 003.

Replacement oil filter, use # 10 0270 006.

The IMS Solution is designed to last the lifetime of the engine. Installation by an automotive professional is required to insure proper fit ,function, and any necessary support by the manufacturer.

Must identify IMS bearing center bolt nut size, visible on cover flange. This kit is only for engines with a 12 mm nut (22 mm wrench size).
