Product Information

Converting the factory 4-lug rear wheel hubs to 5-lug wheel hubs are a popular upgrade for 914-4 models. We've put this kit together which includes everything needed for a complete conversion. Kit includes 5-lug wheel hubs, wheel bearings, wheel studs, and lug nuts. The original 4-lug brake rotors will require drilling a 5th hole.

Wheel Bearing and Hub Assembly

Typically a wheel bearing is a set of steel balls within a metal ring, which is called a race. At the center of your wheels, there is a hollow piece of metal, called a hub. The wheel bearings resides inside the hub and helps to reduce friction when the wheel spins.
