Crappy coating, glazed fast
These rotors are the same as the SL500/600 SLVRARROW rotors, they have the same part number (A1294230512) and the same video installing onto a w209 on both products. The coating is cheap and was scratched like hell through shipping. Go with the brembos listed for r129s instead, same dimensions as these, clean look and much better quality coating, and have held up much much better over spirited driving.

Cross-drilled rotors for Rear
Great fit on my 2005 C55 AMG. Went on without any problems. Wish I would have bought the Akebono pads instead of the stock Mercedes pads though just to reduce brake dust on rims.

I’d like to assume that these will fit my 2002 R129 SL500 Silver Arrow edition Mercedes, but you know what they say about assuming… in the “fitment” tab it doesn’t even mention actual Silver Arrow SL’s…so, WILL these fit? Also, on a slight tangent, is there a source for rear-rotors PLUS one for pads (front and rear) for my aforementioned Silver Arrow? I want to change to cleaner pads now and will need to replace the rotors in the next year or two (I always try to have maintenance parts on my shelf…ready when I need them…). Thanks in advance for any information and suggestions, NODnGRIN

The Silver Arrow edition is no different to the standard model mechanically, the only additions were aesthetic modifications. There is no difference in this brake upgrade kit for Silver Arrow editions.

Yes and the pads would be the same. Unfortunately, we do not have matching Pagid pads in the rear

The description contained verbiage that was confusing, I apologize for this and have revised the description. Additionally this kit will only serve as an upgrade for vehicles equipped with ventilated rear discs.

No, CLK350's with AMG package typically have solid rotors if this is a USA Market vehicle. You will need to visually verify if you have solid or vented rear rotors
