2002 G500 oil change kit
Fits 2002 G500, has only one spare O-ring for the oil filter housing, and you may sometimes have a bit extra oil but that's fine.

DIY oil change
First time performing engine oil change by myself! gotta say the M113 engine was very easy to work on, and this kit was perfect for the fit. A great engine and a great kit for making your E55 run forever!

W211 E500 RWD
At nearly $100 for the cost of this kit at the time of writing this, it's somewhat pricey. However, it's nice that the kit comes included with everything you will need for a proper oil change. It has a new drain bolt, crush washer, filter, o-rings, and 9L of 5w 40 oil. Now there's some debate online and the owner's manual, but for my 05 W211 E500 RWD, it says the max oil capacity is 8.5L, according to the manual. But using one of the after-market oil dipstick readers, the max capacity with a new filter is about 8L. Therefore, I always add 7.5L before starting the engine, then I lower the car onto level ground and let it run for 5-mins. Then I shut the engine off and took the electronic reading through the instrument cluster, and had the computer confirm 7.5L. Then within the 3-mins after shutting the car engine, I used the manual dip stick measure I bought and the reference chart to measure the oil level. It seems that 8L would be Max, so I top off as needed. I've also measured the level early in the morning after the car has been sitting overnight, and it still reads that 8L would be the max. It's been about 500 miles since the oil change, and I can report I've seen no improved MPG on the highway or city. I usually get about 26 MPG on the highway, and my car is the 5.0V8, 7-speed trans RWD. I have new air filters and correct PSI for the front and rear tires. As for the engine running smoother, it feels about the same, and I don't notice a difference in the level of noise. My car just fit 100K miles for reference. I will report back after my next oil change in 7K miles. The real factor that will determine if this kit is worth it is the cost of shipping back the used oil/filter for the lifetime warranty. I live in CA, and I'm not sure of the shipping cost of sending the oil back for a refund. For reference, I used to buy the 2 Qts of Mobil 0W 40 or 5w 40 from Walmart and the Mobile 1 filter for about 60-70 dollars. So if the cost of shipping back the used oil is equal to or more than this, I won't be doing the whole lifetime warranty thing because it's not any cheaper and more of a hassle on my end than just recycling the oil at an auto parts store. Especially since I did not notice any improved MPGs, more power, engine running smoother/cooler, or reduced engine noise.

Quiet 2011 E550 4matic
Previous owner was using Mobil 1 synthetic just seemed a bit noisy. For the last twenty thousand miles I have been using liqui moly. Engine seems to be quiet and smooth. I love how easy it is and that they throw drain plug. FCP euro is by far the best place to get your Mercedes parts. Thank you

Fantastic oil!!
Amazing motor oil. I change my oil every 3500 on my W211M273 and she runs a lot smother and I also use the MoS2 and you can instantly notice at the paddle. Great great stuff

5/40 synthetic oil liquid moly
2003 clk 55 amg went from the 0/40 weight to liquid moly 5/40 engine runs so much smoother, Quiet at times I have to check to see if it's on or not while stopped at a light if your on the fence about switching do it already it's worth it.
