An interior door handle allows occupants to open the door from the interior. It’s connected to a linkage mechanism or cable that releases the door latch when pulled, allowing the door to open. Interior door handles are typically made from plastic, metal, or a combination of materials, and can be found on the inner panel of each door, after years of use, these handles will degrade, crack, or stretch preventing occupants from safely closing the doors.

• Loose or Wobbly Handle: Over time, the handle or its mounting components may become loose, resulting in a handle that wobbles or feels unstable when pulled
• Handle Doesn’t Open the Door: One of the most common symptoms is pulling the handle and finding that it does not release the door latch. This may indicate a broken or disconnected linkage, a snapped cable, or internal damage to the handle
