An undercar shield (also called an engine splash shield or skid plate) is a protective panel mounted beneath the vehicle, typically under the engine bay. It shields vital components such as the engine, transmission, and exhaust from road debris, water, and dirt, while also improving aerodynamics and reducing noise. A properly fitted undercar shield helps extend the life of underbody parts and enhances overall vehicle efficiency.

• Visible cracks, breaks, or missing sections, reducing protection and airflow.

Due to rapid growth the first warehouse in Hamburg was no long viable. In September 2010 a new building in Geesthacht was obtained with space for more than 3000 pallets.
