Does this possibly fit 907 Mercedes Benz Vans, 2019 and up?

No, we cannot confirm febi 171030 for a 2019-and-newer 907 Sprinter. This kit is designed for the earlier 906 chassis; the 907 uses different center-support bearing part numbers depending on the van’s wheelbase and drivetrain, so please send your full VIN to service@fcpeuro.com so we can identify an option we carry.
