Does this come with the clip to hold the plug onto it?

Unfortunately this clip is not available separately - it was originally supplied with the harness itself. I would highly recommend looking into the upgrade to the 96 harness, as this was updated and does not utilize these clips - the original part was biodegradable and is frequently replaced with the 96 version.
