Product Information

Remanufactured push button assembly

If your Mercedes climate control unit has stopped functioning or buttons have broken you're left with a few choices. The first option is to buy a new unit which can be difficult for older model vehicles. You can also try to source a used unit which is always a gamble as to whether the unit will work or not. Your last option, and one we consider to be the best of both worlds, is a rebuilt unit from Programa. Rebuilt units are factory tested to ensure that they perform just as the original part would.

Note: The core charge is refunded upon return of your climate control unit.

Works as intended
I had to replace my original climate control unit because it wouldn't work when it was cold (probably cracked solder joints). This rebuilt unit works exactly the same. The temperature dial sticker is a little bit different than the original. It shows the defrost symbol instead of the max heat symbol. This is odd as the defrost is only activated with the defrost button. I called Programa to ask about this and they said they didn't know why it was so.
