Have a 2010 P31 car they work and stop perfect a little too much dust for my liking, but good value and you can always get different pads.

Make sure you measure your rotors - the P30 performance pak designation is very important on the AMG as the w/o rotors are 360MM and the w/ rotors are 390MM - the brake pads are also different -

As long as your option codes do not include P30, it will fit. The only Ceramic pad we currently offer is part number HAW-HB731Z620

The 2010 E63 AMG doesn't use brackets separate from the calipers. Do you recommend replacing the caliper bolts regardless? I know some replace them with new seal threaded bolts when they take the calipers off. Is this only required on W211 and earlier platforms with the brackets? Thanks.

2010 E63 AMG front calipers are a monoblock caliper with a bracket bolted on. This is true for the red performance package calipers and the dark gray standard calipers. If you detach the bolts at the steering knuckle, best practice is to replace them. If you detach the bolts at the caliper body (The 2 large inboard hex bolts) you can reuse them.
