The HVAC blower motor regulator is an electrical control component that manages the speed of the blower motor in the vehicle’s heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. By adjusting the current flow, it allows multiple fan speed settings for proper airflow through the cabin vents. Typically mounted near the blower motor or within the HVAC housing, the regulator is designed for durability under repeated thermal cycles and electrical loads.

  • Blower motor only works on one speed (usually high) – a classic sign of a failed regulator.
