Note:
- For rear sway bars that use a ball joint design sway bar link. The link will connect to the sway bar at a 90deg angle. Volvo changed the design of the rear sway bar from a horizontal tab (straight through with bushings) to a vertical tab design (90 deg with ball joints) but did not notate in the catalog when. Therefore a visual inspection is required before purchase to avoid getting the wrong part.

Sway Bar links/stabilizer bar links connect the sway bar to the chassis and are an often overlooked replacement item. With age sway bar links, particularly links with ball joints, can develop play and will make knocking noises over bumps or when rocking the vehicle from side to side. If your sway bar links are in rough shape we recommend immediate replacement to restore handling. Always replace sway bar links in pairs.

Installation was frustrating because the bolts took an excessive amount of time to thread onto both the upper and lower Front links. The thread pitch is clearly correct, but the threads were very rough and did not accept the bolts smoothly. These are not nylon locking nuts and in my experience should thread on finger tight until the last bit. The rear links installed without any issues, so the problem appears to be limited to the front pair. I will add that the rear did not come with washers or similar flanged nuts as factory was installed. I'd recommend looking at a different brand or option. That said, once installed, they seem to be performing well, which is why I'm giving them 3 stars.
Quick shipment, easy tracking, great service - readily available and knowledgeable. Check to make sure your Volvo requires these specific rear links. On rare occasions, your Volvo may require a "straight"link, rather than one that sits at a 90 degree angle, This was the case on my 2008 S40 2.4L FWD. FCP Euro quickly switched these out for me.

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee fitment for non-US vehicles. All fitments listed are for US models. That being said, this does fit a US spec 08 C30.

Hi, I'm from Manila . I have a 2.0l 2011 s40 Volvo . My issue is that when I back up and brake I have a loud thug that is coming from front. But when passing humps there is no clunking nor rattle . What part do I need to replace? Do I need to c mech?thx
