Fixed Idle Issues After Filling up Tank
Whenever I filled the tank completely in my E92 M3 and started the car, it would have idle issues and occasionally cut out and die. The problem would resolve itself after burning off some fuel. After some research, I found that the FBV failing is a known issue on E9x M3s. I replaced it and the issue appears to be fixed.

Fixed Idle issue on full tank of gas
Had idle issues after filling gas tank to full. Issue would go away after burning a few miles of gas. Replaced this fuel breather valve, 100% fixed. Easy DIY and cheap. Hoses on the valve can be a little bit of a pain. Just look up a DIY for tips on how to deal with them. Overall very easy job.

If you are having idle issues with your E9X M3 relax. It is more than likely not the PCV. It is probably this fuel breather valve. Cheap and easy to replace. Didn't take more than an hour. Issue is solved.

Fixed car dying after filling gas
This new fuel breather valve fixed the issue on my E92 M3 where the car would die immediately after filling a full tank of gas when I came to a stop. DIY was not too hard.

Perfect OE replacement
Was replacing a throttle actuator on my 2012 M3 and decided to replace the fuel breather valve as preventative maintenance while I was under the plenum. This was exactly the same unit as the OEM and very reasonably priced. Works great!

Harder to remove the hose than expected
Would recommend getting some hose pliers before attempting to replace. Was unable to remove without the hose pliers and they were very difficult to find once I realized I needed them.
