An engine wiring harness is a bundled set of electrical wires, connectors, and terminals that links the engine’s sensors, actuators, ignition system, fuel injectors, and other components to the vehicle’s Engine Control Module (ECM) and power supply.

It acts as the central nervous system of the engine, carrying signals and power to ensure the engine runs efficiently and safely. The harness is usually protected with insulation, conduit, and sometimes heat shields to prevent damage from heat, vibration, and moisture.
