This kit is for you with significant horsepower goals that want to upgrade to the absolute best! Our pressure pipe has considerably better airflow than the stock pipe. This has been verified in several tests, both in car and in our own SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench.

Significant advantages with do88 pressure pipes (OEM pipes):
- Air flow at 0,1bar/1,45psi pressure drop: 750 CFM (542 CFM), do88 38% higher!
- Designed to handle high pressure and temperatures!
- The pipe has two methanol injection connections (1/8 -27 NPT). The pipe is delivered with blanking plugs in these connections.
- Fits all cars in list below!

The pressure pipe is manufactured in 3�; mandrel bent seamless aluminium pipe. CNC machined sensor flange for best fitment.

Custom made high quality silicone hose with 4 layers of polyester/aramid reinforcement. These hose can handle very high temperature and pressure!

Always remember that the OEM intercooler pipes and hoses was designed for the power level the car was built for and a power increase or even very hard use of the car in a standard version may cause that the OEM pipes and hoses don�t have the performance you need. So only after engine software tune do88 pressure pipes will give a performance increase over the OEM pipes!

Intercooler Pipe

An intercooler pipe (also called a charge pipe or boost pipe) is part of a turbocharged or supercharged engine’s air intake system. It connects the turbocharger or supercharger to the intercooler, and then from the intercooler to the intake manifold.

Its job is to carry compressed air from the turbo/supercharger to the intercooler (where the air is cooled) and then deliver that cooled, denser air to the engine for better combustion and performance. Intercooler pipes are typically made from aluminum, stainless steel, or reinforced silicone to handle high pressure and heat.

Intercooler Pipe Failure Symptoms
  • Loss of Power / Poor Acceleration: Leaks reduce boost pressure, causing sluggish performance.
  • Hissing or Whistling Noise Under Boost: Air escaping through a crack or loose clamp makes a noticeable sound.
  • Check Engine Light (CEL): Often accompanied by codes for underboost or airflow issues (e.g., P0299).
