what is th difference between antenna and receiver? I need to change my TPMS SENSOR INSIDE EACH WHEEL, the 4 wheels, which one should I pick here?

If you need to replace the sensors inside the wheels you would not need to order antenna's unless they are not functioning properly. However, this is not a common failure item and more than one would not fail at a given time. It is more likely for the battery in the sensors to fail or the RDC/TMPS control module to fail.

what does it come with it?

This is a single antenna, mounted underneath the car, which receives the signal from the TPMS sensor. For the system this part is associated with there is one antenna associated with each sensor. This would be mounted on the underside of the vehicle and is not a common replacement item.
