Suspension Stabilizer Bar

A sway bar—also called an anti-roll bar or stabilizer bar—is a suspension component designed to reduce body roll during cornering. It essentially a metal rod that connects the left and right wheels (usually via short sway bar links) and twists slightly when the vehicle leans. This twisting action helps keep the car flatter in turns, improving stability and handling.

Suspension Stabilizer Bar Failure Symptoms
  • Excessive Body Roll in Turns: The car leans more than usual when cornering, making it feel less stable.
  • Clunking, Knocking, or Rattling Noises: Often heard when driving over bumps or during turns—usually from worn or broken sway bar links/bushings.

Some fitted this on to the 135i is it a straight install or you need other parts to make this fit?

MOdification is required to fit this onto an E8X chassis vehicle.
