As an evolution of the award-winning FSD (Frequency Select Damper), KONI Special Active utilizes KONI's own patented technology to allow the damper quick reactions to cancel out sharp jounces such as potholes and expansion joints, while simultaneously maintaining a firm and sporty ride. It does so completely through proprietary internal valving and contains no electronics. If you are looking for a sporty European ride without sacrificing comfort over rougher roads, KONI Special Active is a great choice.
A shock absorber kit is a set of replacement components designed to restore a vehicle's suspension system. 2004 bmw 330 ci coupe came factory lowered is there anything else I should purchase to complete the suspension kit? Like coil springs ?

This Koni 87451022KT kit includes the front struts and rear shocks only; it does not include coil springs, mounts, bump stops, spring pads, or installation hardware. On your 2004 BMW 330Ci coupe with factory sport/lowered suspension, you do not need to replace the coil springs unless they are damaged, sagging, or heavily corroded, but we recommend inspecting/replacing the strut mounts, shock mounts, bump stops, dust boots, spring pads, and related hardware while everything is apart. Koni Special Active dampers are intended to work with stock/factory ride-height springs, including sport springs, but they are not intended for aggressive aftermarket lowering springs.
