Great for sunroof
My F30 sunroof started acting a little sluggish and when is raised it showed some signs of resistance. I put protectant on the seal and this product on the tracks after I cleaned it. It worked great. It glides very smoothly and rises into place without resistance. This is something that could be very easily overlooked but is highly recommend. The only complaint I have is that this is too much for the smaller sunroof on a F30, but I have two and there was enough for both sunroofs.

Works great on sunroof and other sliding surfaces
Used this on my '91 525i sunroof. It does open and close a bit faster and quieter now. Works good on latches too. Still have over half the pack left so we'll see how it holds up.

Good product
Used this in sun roof, seat rails and door locks. Difficult to apply, spread and reach from the ketchup style packet.

A lifetime of lube
I can't really imagine using all this lubricant in the lifetime of my vehicle, but after cleaning the tracks and applying this lube, the sunroof seems to open and close more quietly. I'm curious how much dust and grit it will attract, but for now, I've got a happily greased sunroof.

Important sunroof maintenance -- lasts about 2-3 applications
Sunroof maintenance is often overlooked. I opened my sunroof this spring, and the noise was noticeably loud. After cleaning, clearing drains, and applying this BMW lubricant (translucent gel), my sunroof is operating normal again. In some regions, the sunroof is exposed to harsh climate conditions (bitter cold winter and hot summer heat) and without proper maintenance can lead to leaks and costly repairs. I've only used about 1/3 of the tube. Thanks FCP Euro for carrying this product and for the fast delivery.
