Since I was replacing my Chargepipe and with more than 111,000 miles, thought it was prudent to replace this at the same time. Proved to be a good idea since the connector at the chargepipe end broke during removal. Too many heat cycles made it pretty brittle. Good price and perfect fit.

No, these would be for the breather ventilation for the gas tank not part of the air intake system.
