B6 series, 46mm monotube shock absorber

If the rear end of your BMW is feeling "bouncy" or "loose" it can likely be attributed to blown or worn shock absorbers. Why this one is different than that one (https://www.vivaperformance.com/bilstein-b6-hd-rear-shocks-bmw-e90-series-m3/) I saw? I mean this one doesn't come with a blue tube.

The picture provided on Viva Performance is a standard E9X rear shock absorber. You can tell because the lower shock mount is a stem vs a rubber eyelet as pictured on our site. E9X M3's use an eyelet style mount to the spring/camber arm instead of a pass-through stem-like on regular E9X chassis cars. This shock has never come with a dust boot for the E9X M3 application and you would simply reuse the factory bump stop/sleeve assembly or replace it with a new one when installing this shock, p/n 33532283445.
