This strut restoration kit is purpose built for your BMW E46. It comes with all of the hardware required in order to properly overhaul the rear suspension of your E46 and to restore your BMW to factory condition.

Factory BMW components are well built and very robust. However, these components get "tired" after countless thousands of miles of driving. If you feel like your BMW is disconnected from the road and the handling is less than desirable chances are your suspension is in need of an overhaul.

This kit does not include coil springs. Coil springs are specific from BMW to BMW based upon the equipment that is installed in the vehicle from the factory. Suspension Shock Absorber Kit

A shock absorber kit is a set of replacement components designed to restore a vehicle's suspension system. It typically includes shock absorbers along with essential parts like mounting hardware and seals. These components work together to dampen the suspension by controlling the rebounding motion of the springs. What are the main differences when choosing between the Sachs kit and this one?

There isn't a significant difference to note. Sachs is the OE supplier to BMW while Bilstein is not, Both the Sachs shock kit and Bilstein shock kit are OE style replacements in terms of damping.
