BMW Rear Tail Light Assembly - Magneti Marelli 63217182205

Product Information

A tail light assembly is the housing and all associated components of a vehicle’s rear lighting system. It typically includes the tail light lens, bulbs (for tail lights, brake lights, reverse lights, and turn signals), as well as reflectors. The tail light assembly is essential for ensuring that other drivers can see your vehicle from behind, especially in low-visibility conditions, and for communicating your driving intentions such as braking or turning.

• Cracked or Damaged Lens: Physical damage to the tail light assembly can allow moisture or dirt to enter, leading to bulb failure or corrosion in the wiring. If the lens is cracked or broken, it should be replaced to prevent further damage.
• Corrosion or Water Damage: If the light housing is not properly sealed or has been damaged, water can get inside, causing corrosion to the electrical contacts and wires. This can result in a malfunctioning light, and you might see moisture buildup inside the lens.
• Burnt-Out Bulbs: Tail light assemblies may fail due to frequent bulb burnouts. This could be caused by excessive vibration, poor-quality bulbs, or electrical issues in the wiring harness
