Product Information

Simple repair kit featuring 6061 aluminum T sliders and rivet kit

Problem: The T-sliders are made of plastic and easily break. The T-sliders are not sold separately from BMW and it is costly to replace the entire sunshade.

Solution: All German Auto has created a stronger T-slider made of 6061 aluminum so that it will never break.

Benefit: A potential $1100 to $1500 replacement of the sunshade would now be a repair job at a fraction of the cost. The T-sliders will last longer and are sold separately.

NOTE: Due to multiple vendors manufacturing factory rear sunshade assemblies from year to year, it is impossible to determine with absolute certainty that our sunshade repair kit will fit the sunshade in your vehicle. Before ordering, please take a close look at the sunshade in your vehicle and ensure that the shapes of your sunshade sliders are the same shape as the replacements that we offer and that the sunshade slider is the broken portion of your sunshade.

About AGA

All German Auto, or AGA, is all about cars and so is the owner and operator, Martin Christensen. Martin was born and raised in Denmark and grew up helping out in his dad's automotive shop. The shop was connected to their home, so it was only natural for Martin to tag along with his dad all day long learning everything about cars from hands-on experience, and so the love for cars and racing was started! In January 1991 Martin moved to the United States to start All German Auto together with his older brother, Hans. Both Hans and Martin have earned automotive degrees in Denmark and added experience by working for other automotive shops specializing in German cars. All German Auto opened its doors in February 1991 in a one-bay two-lift facility. By solely focusing on German cars such as BMW, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Audi and VW along with hard work and dedication, All German Auto quickly built up a solid clientele base. By building the business on this sound foundation of customer service and quality work, All German Auto soon outgrew their facility and moved to the current 20-bay location on 1327 Simpson Way in January 1998. Today they continue to specialize in European automotive sales, service as well as develop automotive tools for other enthusiasts and repair facilities.
