Product Information

Your BMW's radiator is an integral, and arguably, the most important part of the cooling system. It is designed to expel heat from the coolant via the small fins. Most radiators fail when the end tanks crank causing leaks, but higher mileage radiators which have missing fins or are clogged up with debris can also cause overheat issues as the radiator cannot expel heat effectively. If your BMW's radiator is in rough shape we recommend replacing it. We also highly recommend replacing the upper and lower radiator hose.

Most radiators fail when the end tanks crack causing leaks, but higher mileage radiators which have missing or bent fins often are clogged up with debris which can also cause overheating issues as the radiator cannot expel heat effectively. Questions & Answers

Ask a question
Question Posted by Sebastian
Can this Radiator work in my 1985 BMW 318i M10 Manual Transmission. I cant find a replacement.
Answer (Posted by FCP Euro Products Team)
No unfortunately, for your application you would need part number 17111709336m, which has been discontinued by several vendors for some time now. Sorry about that.
Question Posted by Geoff
Is there any difference between the 325i and the 325i Convertible (Manual Transmission)? I have a 1988 325i Convertible w/a 5 Speed Manual.
Answer (Posted by FCP Euro Products Team)
No, there is no difference as the radiator used by a 325i sedan 5-speed and 325i convertible 5-speed is the same. That's why for 1988 we don't distinguish or make reference to a body type fitment note.
Question Posted by a customer
Does this radiator fit the early model E30 M20 (pre-facelift) from before 1987? Thanks!
Answer (Posted by FCP Euro Products Team)
No. We only have one available option for pre-facelift models, p/n NSN-60663.
Question Posted by Robert
my e30 is an automatic. Is there any difference between radiators? the part numbers listed for this one seem to be for manual trans.
Answer (Posted by FCP Euro Products Team)
Yes, there is a difference. An E30 auto radiator generally has a built in trans cooler. To assist you in locating the correct radiator we need year and model information. Please email service@fcpeuro.com so we can assist you further.
