Your radiator is an integral, and arguably, the most important part of the cooling system. It is designed to expel heat from the coolant via the small fins. Most radiators fail when the end tanks crack causing leaks, but higher mileage radiators which have missing or bent fins often are clogged up with debris which can also cause overheating issues as the radiator cannot expel heat effectively. If your radiator is in rough shape we recommend replacing it. We also highly recommend inspecting/replacing the upper and lower radiator hose at that time.

2011 335 N55. You do not have to remove the intercooler. The radiator goes back in if you remove the charge pipe/driver's side. Keep the radiator toward driver's side engine on the way in. Works first try. Easy. I don't know why this isn't in any video. You don't have to remove the intercooler. Somehow the radiator came out with out the charge pipe removed but refused to go in without it removed.
Can't really review it as I just put it in. Looked to be exactly like the bmw unit that came out. I checked it because it didn't want to go in without the charge pipe removed.
Works well on my LS swap e92, though the fan is usually always on high because I have the AC on non-stop. But it fits well and cools the engine.
Leaving another review because not half a year later it failed. Wishing I had just bought a csf full aluminum one from the start, as that is what will be going in the car now after 3 failed nissens.
Replaced radiator due to leaking between the plastic and metal on the drivers side. This Nissens radiator lasted me just over a year and then it completely gave out in the same between the metal and plastic. The year I had it with no leaks it worked fine no over heating issues or anything.
Looks just like OE. High quality plastic molded pieces. ...and Fast shipping!
So far its fine. Was a bit skeptical since its the cheapest one on here. One problem I did have on installation was getting the radiator hose in the middle to slip into place with the given o ring. I tried for so long until I used the original one and it slid on fine.
Will update my review if the radiator fails but it has been cooling great in the 105 degree weather.

My original radiator developed a crack in the plastic end tanks after 97,000 miles and this was the cheapest option available. I normally do not go with cheap parts but because this was FCP Euro i figured it was a quality piece. The install was easy and everything fit perfectly! No more leaks and the price was great!
Item came on time and was excatly as described in the description. The fit was perfect on my e92 335i no issues what so ever when installing.

Can you confirm the installed plug is for a manual and doesn't have to be replaced? I saw a youtube video that stated that the installed plug is for automatic.
Also, this goes in way easier with the drivers side charge pipe removed. Intercooler doesn't have to be removed. I didn't see that in any videos.
