Upgrade the look of your BMW's interior with this race inspired steering wheel, for vehicles with DCT or automatic transmission
This steering wheel features several nice upgrades over a standard steering wheel or even sport steering wheel. Unlike a traditional leather wrapped steering wheel, this performance steering wheel is wrapped entirely in Alcantara with white accented stitching. Additionally, this steering wheel features a flat bottom and blue center stripe adds precision for both street and track use.
In case of installation in vehicles with S248A (steering wheel heating) the heating function is not included. The switch for the steering wheel heating remains inoperative. Recoding (off) is not necessary.
A steering wheel is the primary driver interface for controlling the direction of a vehicle. It is connected to the steering column and steering system (rack-and-pinion or steering box) and allows the driver to guide the front wheels. Modern steering wheels also integrate safety and convenience features.
