Whats the torque for the t25 self tapper screw that attaches this to the radiator?

BMW does not specify an exact rating for this item, typically BMW’s general reference for a B6.3 radiator self-tapping screw is 9 Nm (80 in-lb), so we generally hand tighten these.

You answered a question about the oring that goes to the radiator side. The oring on the side that attaches to the transmission cooler appears to be thicker. What is the part number for that oring?

Unfortunately, BMW only lists the replacement o-ring part number for the radiator side. To replace the one on the cooler side, it would require changing the full hose.

The o-ring should be included with the hose pre-installed, a replacement o-ring is p/n 17111711987.
