Most components will yes, however some of the suspension/subframe bolts will not fit your application as the subframes are different. If you removed all the supporting hardware the remaining components would be a fit.

After looking through the fitment list I don’t see confirmation that it will fit a 335xi 2011. Is it a different oil pan or does it just not include the axle seals for the passenger side CV?

Correct, this will not contain any service components for AWD vehicles.

While the core components (bearings/bolts) are cross-compatible to your vehicle, the rest of the auxiliary hardware (IE subframe hardware) would be different across chassis.
