The headlight seal is a protective gasket or sealing strip designed to create a tight barrier between the headlight housing and lens or vehicle body. Its primary function is to keep out moisture, dust, and debris, preserving headlight clarity and preventing electrical damage. Typically made from durable rubber or foam material, the headlight seal also helps reduce vibration and ensures a long-lasting, weatherproof fit for the lighting assembly.
