Product Information

NRW Design's inline fuel filter is a simple plug-and-play and takes about 30 minutes to fully install. The NRW Inline fuel filter uses industry-leading replacement fuel filters from Aeromotive. This allows for the ultimate filtration and for fuel system serviceability and maintenancve. The Included quick connect hose is made from PTFE which is E85-rated. This inline fuel filter kit has been tested on supercharged and naturally aspirated applications. The NRW Design filter housing has been designed to relocate your low-pressure sensor found on your stock fuel rail and relocate it after the filter. By doing so, this allows the DME to control fuel pressure if the housing is sensing low pressure due to either a contaminated filter or issues in the fuel system. NRW Design has put a lot of thought behind this design and is proud to be able to offer another layer of safety and protection to our beloved E9X M3s.

Fuel Filter

It is important to keep all dirt and foreign matter out of your fuel system to ensure its optimum performance. A clogged fuel filter can reduce engine performance as well as increase the load on the fuel pump which can potentially burn out its motor. It can be difficult to know when the fuel filter needs to be changed, so we suggest changing your fuel filter at your car manufacturer's suggested intervals, which is often during a tune up.
