HVAC Blower Motor Resistor

The blower motor resistor is sometimes also known as a blower motor control unit, and its purpose is to regulate the speed of the blower fan. The electricity going into the resistor is often a constant value from the main power source, and the fan speed is controlled by the output of the resistor. Due to the amount of electricity being managed by the blower motor resistor, they can get quite hot during normal operation.

worked for me
blower would be intermitten till one day it just didnt work. Replaced my part with this and it instantly worked. It does look slightly different than original but fits in perfect and works great.

Fixed Fan Speed Issue! 1997 328i
Although my heating and AC worked, the fan was extremely weak and the fan speed did not go up after the halfway point on the control. I replaced this resistor and now my fans are blowing nice and strong and I can adjust the speed all the way up! Don't forget to change your cabin air filter if you haven't done that in a while.

This Part Resolved my Low and Weak Fan Issue
I repaired the AC in my E36 M3 Sedan and the air was ice cold, but the fan speed was so weak. I could only use the first half of the fan speed range. There were no other issues. My E36 has the digital climate control and before taking apart the fan I decided to give this part a try. Installation took 15 minutes and I can now select the full range of fan speed. The air fan blows strong and once again my passengers and I are all cool.

Easy to install, works fine.
The ACM blower motor regulator was easy to install in my 1996 328i and solved the issues the HVAC system was having with blower motor working intermittently or even not at all.

BMW Blower Motor Regulator
It arrived on time and it was in the car within 30-45 minutes, it was super easy to install and what a diffrence it has made. Now I have a working unit!
