BMW High Flow Mid Pipe - Dinan D660-0068

Product Information

An exhaust pipe is a key part of a vehicle’s exhaust system that channels exhaust gases from the engine’s exhaust manifold through the catalytic converter, muffler, and eventually out of the tailpipe. It helps reduce engine noise, direct harmful gases safely away from the cabin, and support emission control. Exhaust pipes are usually made of steel or stainless steel but can deteriorate over time due to heat, moisture, and road salt.

• Excessive noise – loud rumbling or hissing sounds from cracks, holes, or disconnected pipes.
• Exhaust leaks – visible fumes or a strong smell of exhaust near the vehicle, sometimes entering the cabin.
• Reduced performance – loss of engine power, poor fuel efficiency, or failed emissions tests due to restricted or leaking exhaust flow.
