Aside from an accident, there is little reason to change your headlight assemblies, although some owners experience cloudy headlights due to oxidation. Is this the housing for facelift models with the internals but no lens cover? If so, is there preinstalled butyl/permaseal in the channel groove? I'd like to know if I can purchase this to retrofit new projectors with a fresh housing and new wires, instead of a junkyard pull.
