Improved OEM replacement
This seems expensive for what it is, but it is an improved version of the original OE part. This new part is softer rubber and spring loaded so it closes softer and now there's no more squeaks. The stud allows for adjustment of the closure so it fits perfectly. Hopefully I won't have to replace this for another 20 years.

Hatch rattle Solved!
I was trying everything possible to make my hatch to stop rattling, even followed BMW's adjustment of the stoppers per their instructions but still had a rattle. Replaced both left and right sides. Installed these new revised spring loaded and instantly it was gone!
