Genuine replacement fuel injector
Fuel injectors are responsible for injecting fuel into your BMW's engine. With age injectors can become clogged or can simply wear out and perform inefficiently. Fuel injectors can be replaced individually as needed.
Replacement fuel injectors include o-ring 13641437476 and o-ring 13647675557. Fuel injector securing clip p/n 13537528539 will need to be ordered separately.
A fuel injector is a critical component of a vehicle's fuel delivery system. It is responsible for delivering the precise amount of fuel into the engine's combustion chamber at the right time. Fuel injectors spray fuel in a fine mist, ensuring proper atomization and mixing with air for efficient combustion.
Fuel Injector Failure Symptoms- Poor Engine Performance: A failing fuel injector can lead to reduced engine performance, resulting in a lack of power, rough acceleration, or difficulty maintaining speed
- Rough Idle: If one or more fuel injectors are clogged or malfunctioning, the engine may idle roughly, leading to vibrations and an uneven running condition
- Increased Fuel Consumption: A malfunctioning injector can lead to excessive fuel being injected into the engine, resulting in poor fuel economy and increased operating costs
- Engine Misfires: A faulty fuel injector can cause the engine to misfire, which may result in a noticeable loss of power, rough running, or even stalling. Misfires can also trigger the check engine light
