A tow eye cap (also called a tow hook cover or tow eye cover) is a small removable panel or cover on a vehicle’s bumper or body panel that conceals the tow hook or tow eye mounting point. It’s designed to keep the tow point hidden for aesthetic purposes and to protect it from dirt, debris, and corrosion when not in use.
