Genuine replacement oil pan

Your BMW's oil pan sits relatively low to the ground making it a prime target for road debris. Cracked oil pans will cause the engine oil to leak. In extreme cases we have seen oil pans completely shatter from larger objects hitting them.

Note: Up to 4/2003 you will also need to replace:
11417834887 - Suction Pipe
11417834889 - Return Pipe
11137834885 - Cover
11137834886 - Gasket

Engine Oil Pan

Engine oil pans are typically made of cast aluminum or stamped steel however in some modern vehicles it's not uncommon to see them made of plastic. Engine oil pans are typically the lowest point in the vehicles engine bay making them susceptible to damage from objects in the road.
