A door lock switch is an electrical control, typically located on the interior door panel of a vehicle, that allows the driver or passengers to lock and unlock the doors electronically. It works in coordination with the door lock actuators and the vehicle’s central locking system.

• Doors don’t lock/unlock when using the switch – no response or inconsistent operation.
• Intermittent function – switch only works sometimes or requires multiple presses.
• One door or all doors fail to respond – showing possible switch or actuator failure.
