M340i ZTK package 374mm Zimmermann Z Coat dimpled and slotted, installed great, a bit heavier than stock rotors not crazy. Did a proper break-in, was very worried about squeaking, so far quiet. Braking seems great, it’s daily not track. Paired with Brembo pads. So far very happy, and they look tough

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had buying automotive parts online. I ordered these brake rotors because FCP Euro’s fitment tool clearly displayed a large green “Yes, this part will fit” message for my exact vehicle, a 2021 BMW M340i. I trusted the fitment information provided by your website, which is exactly what customers are expected to do. Only after attempting a simple test fit did I discover that these rotors were the wrong size for my car due to a different brake package. Although there is a small note further down the page mentioning the optional M Performance Brake Kit, that information directly contradicts the large green confirmation stating that the part fits my vehicle. If your fitment system already knows my vehicle configuration, it should not display “Yes, this part will fit” for an incompatible part. The rotors were never driven on. They were only placed on the hub to verify fitment and immediately removed once I realized they were incorrect. Despite this, FCP Euro classified them as “used” because of minor hub and bolt contact marks and denied my return. What made this experience even worse was how my property was returned. The original Zimmermann boxes were discarded, and both heavy brake rotors were thrown loose into a single damaged cardboard box with only packing paper. During shipping they rubbed against each other, resulting in additional scratches and cosmetic damage that were not present when I shipped them back. If you refuse a return and send a customer’s property back, the least you should do is return it in the same condition and packaging in which it was received. In the end, I lost approximately $600 between the cost of the rotors, taxes, shipping, and return shipping because I relied on FCP Euro’s fitment information. I expected much better from a company with such a strong reputation in the European automotive community. Instead, I experienced misleading fitment guidance, an extremely inflexible return process, and careless handling of my property after the return was denied. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my opinion of FCP Euro. I will not purchase from this company again, and I cannot recommend relying solely on their fitment tool. If you shop here, verify every part independently before ordering, because if the fitment information is wrong, you may be the one paying the price.
