This tool set is used for proper removal and installation of the front crankshaft seal on N20 and N26 engines. This took kit includes the equivalent BMW specials tools 110371, 110372, 2212822, 119231 and 119233.

I’ve used this tool for my replacement I had to do recently and it was so much easier than I thought. I can’t see this job being done without it. Downside is that the seal didn’t seat properly following the torque specs and I’ve got a small leak again and need to do the job over. Gotta press the seal in a a little more. At least my experience.
