BMW E9X M3- S65 V8- Elring Crankcase Gasket Set- Missing O-ring
This kit does not contain all parts to correctly reassembly the timing chain guide rails. To remedy this, Elring would have to add one (1) additional O-ring part# 11317840983 9X2 to make this a complete set. As a result, this kit is worthless and leaves you with two choices. To verify, Compare both drawings from the RealOEM.com pages- # 13 11317840983 on both drawings for Timing Gear, Timing Chain Cyl. 1-4 (indicates Qty. 2) & Timing Gear, Timing Chain Cyl. 1-5 (indicates Qty. 1). The only way this will be resolved is to contact Elring and provide these details and add a note during the ordering process for all kits shipped with an additional o-ring until this is completely resolved.
