Is your Z4's soft top not working?

One of the nice features of owning a Z4 roadster is having the ability to retract the soft cover top and enjoy having the wind go through your hair as you enjoy the drive. Nothing will bring that enjoyment to a halt faster than a broken hydraulic pump motor. This replacement from BMW comes pre-filled with fluid and should not need additional fluid. If additional fluid is required order part number 54340394395.

We also recommend replacing the hydro pump wiring harness (54347122951) to ensure proper function of the new hydro pump.

Fixed the roof operation
After replacing the pump, the roof works again! My drain plug were clean but still the water had managed to fill the housing
